1. PURA LEMPUYANG

Pura Lempuyang is one of the best Instagram spots in Bali and rightly so. It’s a long journey to reach Pura Lempuyang but the view of Mount Agung through the temple gates will leave you speechless. Once there, it’ll seem like a gateway to heaven as you are up in the clouds. This spot is definitely one of the most sought after Instagram photos meaning it can get busy so to avoid the crowds try get there as early as possible.

2. TEGALALANG RICE TERRACE

Tegalalang Rice Terrace is the most iconic rice field in Bali and if you’re able to get there in time for sunrise, you’ll be rewarded with a magicalsight. The fields have many layers and are incredibly lush and green during the right seasons. There is a particular spot hidden in the rice fields where the morning light shines through from behind the palm trees, lighting up the green terrace in an orange glow.

3. TIRTA GANGGA

Tirta Gangga is the perfect spot for the girls as you can stand on a stepping stone and be surrounded by massive golden koi fish. This water temple consists of many ponds, pools andfountains. In order to get the perfect photo, you’ll have to buy some fish food so that you can get the fish to surround you while you stand on the stepping stones in the pond.

4. PASUT BEACH

Pasut Beach is currently a little hidden gem that is still not so well-known among tourists. It is known as the black sand beach in Bali. You’ll even be able to ride your motorbike along the black sand, making for some pretty epic photos. As a bonus, there is also a palm tree forest to the left of the entrance that looks beautiful during sunset. This beach is still fairly unknown but its definitely on the way to becoming one of the best Instagram spots in Bali.

5. SEKUMPUL WATERFALL

Sekumpul Waterfall is the biggest and most famous waterfall in Bali. If you’re up for the long drive to northern Bali, you won’t be disappointed. Sekumpul Waterfall is so large and powerful that it creates large clouds of mist and spray, so be extra careful with any camera equipment. The waterfall itself is surrounded by thick and luscious greenery. Once you visit for yourself, you’ll have no doubt as to why it’s the most famous waterfall in Bali.

6. HANDARA GOLF COURSE GATE

The Handara Golf Course Gate is another incredibly popular and sought after Instagram spot in Bali. This tall, traditional Indonesian gateway looks like the entrance to an ancient temple although it’s simply the gateway to a golf course and resort. The Handara Golf Course Gate is an easily accessible photography spot so there’s sure to be a crowd. If you can manage the crowds, this spot is a perfect backdrop for a classic Bali photo.

7. ULUN DANU BRATAN TEMPLE

Ulun Danu Bratan Temple is a very unique temple structure which is located in the middle of a lake. The lake is located high in the mountains so you can observe the beautiful foggy hills and misty lake. Another very unique part tothis temple is that you can rent out a little paddle boat and paddle yourself around the structure. You can capture some incredible shots while you paddle around the water.

8. NUNG NUNG WATERFALL

Nung NungWaterfall is one of the most powerful and insane waterfalls in the whole of Bali. The force of the stream hitting the water below creates a loud rumble and clouds of mist. Nung NungWaterfall is the perfect backdrop for a photo among the large waterfall and greenery. You definitely shouldn’t miss out on visiting this waterfall as it’s one of our favouritesin Bali! It’s mesmerisingto watch the incredible power of the falls.

9. KELINGKINGBEACH – NUSA PENIDA

While Kelingking Beach isn’t technically on Bali itself, it’s only a short boat trip away. Kelingking Beach is probably one of the most recognisablephoto spots in the whole of Indonesia and one of the best Instagram spots in Bali. This incredible cliff formation resembles the head of a T-Rex which looks incredible in photos. A popular photo is on the stairs of the cliff as you head down to the beach at the bottom. If you make it down the tough and exhausinghike, you wontbe disappointed. Once at the beach, you’ll find yourself surrounded by tall cliffs, white sand and perfect blue water.
